Mums the Word: This beautiful wine once went by a different moniker, dazzling and quenching thirsts for three glorious years. When the ‘pious’ folks of Champagne caught wind of our little scheme, we had to scamper back to our drawing board to give this wine a fresh name and new colours to fly under. Dearest friends, give a warm welcome to Mums the Word! Same starry wine, new label to hide it behind. Keep this one a secret this time, hmm?
