Soil: Loamy Sand, Rich in minerals with excellent drainage
Tidbits: South-facing slope, great sun exposure, cool nights
Harvested: Third Week of October, 23 brix
Vessel: Aged in 100% Neutral Oak Barrels
Nose: Floral (Roses), Strawberry
Taste: Fine tannin, Crushed Raspberries
Maturation: 30 months

Jason’s Notes
Gamay Noir is a fun grape to work with. This vineyard really brings out its bright fruit flavors and acidity. We aim to let the aromatics shine, but it’s a balance not to leave it on the skins too long, or it gets too rough. The result? A lively wine that’s easy to enjoy.
