2023 Dynasty White

Varietals: (Cuvee blend) 44% co-fermented Marsanne/Roussanne, 33% Chardonnay, 23% Chenin Blanc

Vineyard Source: Lot7 (Chardonnay), Walker-Collete (Chenin Blanc), Mama D (Marsanne/Roussanne)

Winemaking: 8 Months in neutral oak. Underwent a secondary ferment called Malolactic Conversion, then sat 1 month on the lees with a weekly bâtonnage(stirring) adding all the creamy goodness.

Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, toast

Taste: Pan fried banana, caramelized pineapple, lemon curd + cream

Label TL;DR: The Hatch can often be looked at as the elephant in the room; this is our way of acknowledging that! We say it doesnt matter the shape of the bottle or the building the wine comes out of, great wine is great wine!
