Vineyard source: Riesling – Kurkjian Vineyard E. Kelowna, Gewurztraminer – Loveridge Vineyard Naramata

Winemaking: stainless steel – minimal intervention for 3 months

Nose: honeysuckle, orange blossom, lemon peel, elderflower

Taste: apricot, peach, blossom, sharp refreshing finish

Label TL;DR: A nod to the famous profiles of these varietals, Rieslings ability to age & build into gassy/petrol characteristics, and Gewurztraminer’s known very floral aromatic. Also a slight nod to the old gas tanks we used to have on the patio at The Hatch.
