the Taste
While the name Screaming Frenzy implies a sense of anarchy and chaos, this delightful tipple is of a more refined and resplendent nature - more at home within an English garden with its nose of mandarin orange and honeysuckle, than it's hatchy origins. The taste is perfumed with a light acidity, corroborating why Black Swift is often called "the hatch in a tuxedo."
the Art
Diesel and Rose are often used to describe the aroma of Riesling and Gew respectively. Also, Frenzy used to call the hatch home, and outside the tasting room at the hatch there's an old harm gas tank that we would joke about storing wine in. Hence the oil barrel covered in rose vines on the label.
the Vineyard
