Jason’s Notes
Making this Merlot is a journey. The vineyard has its quirks, and we let the grapes do their thing, hoping it all comes together. Each bottle is a bit of an experiment, and I just hope you enjoy it as much as we’ve enjoyed making it. It’s got its own character, and I think that makes it special. Here’s to the journey and the chance to share it with you. – J
