Jason’s Notes
Gamay Noir is a fun grape to work with. This vineyard really brings out its bright fruit flavors and acidity. We aim to let the aromatics shine, but it’s a balance not to leave it on the skins too long, or it gets too rough. The result? A lively wine that’s easy to enjoy. Here’s to good wine made from the heart. – J
